• Who is Crownstone-digital?

  Crownstone-digital is an investment platform that lets you grow your capital through simple plans, with returns credited to your account every day.

• How do I invest?

  Follow these steps:

  1. Register an account and make sure the information you provide is correct.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Open Deposit, choose a payment method (BITCOIN, ETHEREUM, USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20) and fund your balance.
  4. Open Invest, choose a plan and enter your amount.
  5. Confirm. Your investment starts immediately and returns are credited daily.
• How long does it take for my deposit to reflect in my account?

  Deposits normally arrive within an hour. We credit your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

• Do I take part in the trading?

  No. Once you invest, our team takes care of the investment activity for you.

• What is the minimum I can invest?

  The minimum depends on the plan you choose. Our smallest plan starts from $50. See the plans page for every range.

• What is the minimum I can withdraw?

  The minimum withdrawal is $1.

• How long until my withdrawal is processed?

  Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours.

• When can I withdraw my capital?

  Your capital is returned to your balance when your plan ends. After that you can withdraw it or reinvest it.

• How can I cancel a pending withdrawal?

  Contact support. If the request has not been processed yet we may be able to cancel it; once funds have been sent the withdrawal cannot be reversed.

• Do I pay tax when I withdraw?

  We do not charge tax on withdrawals. You are responsible for any tax due under the rules of your own country.

• How do I refer another investor and earn a bonus?

  Share your personal referral link. When the person you refer makes their first deposit, you earn a one-time 5% bonus on that deposit. Later deposits by the same person do not earn a bonus. You can find your link on the Referrals page of your dashboard.

• Can I reinvest my profit?

  Yes. Once your balance reaches the minimum of the plan you want, you can reinvest your profit.
